This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes the current policies and practices of Camp Lumi ("we" or "us") with respect to personal information that we collect directly from you or through websites and other social media platforms (the "Service").

"Personal Information" refers to personally identifiable information about you or your child that allows an individual to be identified, including name, email address, mailing address, photograph and telephone number.

  • to communicate with you from time to time and to inform you of new products and services we offer;

From time to time, we may ask you if you would like to receive information about our products, services, promotions and contests by mail or e-mail. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our privacy representative and removing your name from our mailing list.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

CampSite uses Amazon’s cloud platform to host and store data. CampSite leverages modern-day encryption algorithms to protect sensitive data and communications, including AES-256 and TLS 1.2. CampSite’s data security & safety details are located here and the data privacy policy is located here.

We use industry standards to prevent unauthorized disclosure, unlawful use, loss, destruction or damage of your personal information. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if these situations occur.

Cookies

Most websites use cookies. Cookies help us provide a better user experience by measuring which portions of our website are most visited. A cookie stores useful information that allows our websites to remember you when you visit our sites again. We can only read cookies from our Services.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada) and the laws of Canada applicable to contracts entered into between and performed by Quebec residents. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, in the province of Quebec.

You may request access to your personal information and request changes.

When we receive your written request containing sufficient information to identify your personal information, we will disclose the personal information we hold about you, unless legal exceptions apply. We will also correct, amend and delete any Personal Information that is inaccurate and notify any third party of the necessary changes, unless legal exceptions apply.
